Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your cozy purchase; if your wool blanket isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Blanket

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned wool, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
